Ajaib Ghar ki Dasta'nein
During a museum (ajaib ghar, in Urdu) visit, I tried to capture things which did not breathe or say were still. Personal conversations with co-visitors reflecting on orthodoxy and modernity provided these idols some life (meataphorically). Thus a creation of dasta'n (story, in many cultures) emerged in the process. We all know creations/creatures are called upon by names and remembered by their character.
